Returning to my Diet

I was so close to my goal: in August 2006 I was 9% body fat and 185 lbs. Now it's early December and I'm 205 lbs and 15% bodyfat. What the hell happened?
  • Working late hours (80 hrs/week)
  • Bad eating (pizza, chinese food, mexican)
  • No capoeira for two solid months
  • No weight training
  • Stress
  • Little sleep
But now that the stress is over, it's time for me to return to my goal of 180 lbs and 7% body fat. This will be incredibly difficult to accomplish but I know I can do it. All I need to do is control my intake carefully and increase my output (i.e. work out more). So I'm returning to the diet of lean chicken and brown rice, broccoli and top sirloin steak. Boring, yes, but healthy -- absolutely. And cheap! I save a lot of money by not eating out all the time.

The goal is to hit my target weight of 180 lbs in 90 days from today.
