Returning to my Diet
I was so close to my goal: in August 2006 I was 9% body fat and 185 lbs. Now it's early December and I'm 205 lbs and 15% bodyfat. What the hell happened?

The goal is to hit my target weight of 180 lbs in 90 days from today.
- Working late hours (80 hrs/week)
- Bad eating (pizza, chinese food, mexican)
- No capoeira for two solid months
- No weight training
- Stress
- Little sleep
